Redland Corporate Center Phases II and III in Rockville, MD are LEED Silver Precertified, Class-A office buildings comprised of a nine-story (Phase II) and a six-story (Phase III) structure, with an approximate total of 350,000 net rentable square feet and a total of 1,190 spaces of covered and surface parking. Redland Corporate Center sits on a 28-acre campus, and both Phase II and III feature views of the site's 13 acre forest reserve and of the courtyard's large-scale sculpted glass installation by Washington-based artist Mindy Weisel. Construction began in November 2007 and was completed June 2009.
