Redland Corporate Center Phase II and III will include two LEED certified Class A office buildings comprised of a nine-story (Phase II) and a six-story (Phase III) structure, with an approximate total of 360,000 net rentable square feet and a combination of covered and surface parking.  Construction of both buildings will occur simultaneously. Phase III will be a replica of the existing Phase I building.
