1110 Vermont Avenue is at the center of Washington’s most exciting new neighborhood. The $122M property underwent a total renovation and repositioning upon acquisition in May 2005. At that time only 15% of the building was under lease; at present, the building is over 80% leased to tenants including advertising giant WPP, The U.S. Justice Department, Citicorp, Sprint, Starbucks, and Il Mulino restaurant. The property is located four blocks from the White House.
